FAQS / BEFORE WE START

Good questions.
Clear starting points.

Practical answers about project fit, engagement, deliverables, and responsibilities. For an application-specific answer, tell us what you are building.

01 / STARTING A PROJECT

Find the right starting point.

What projects are a good fit?

Industrial machine design, sheet-metal assemblies, container-based equipment layouts, AI and robotics concept work, automation and controls engineering, and production documentation. We confirm technical fit and scope before committing.

Can we talk before the design is fully defined?

Yes. Share the application, current stage, and the decision you need to make. A first scoped phase can focus on layouts, interfaces, constraints, and the outputs needed for the next step.

Can you work from an existing design?

Support can start from existing CAD, drawings, equipment, or a production issue. We first review the available information, file compatibility, revision status, and the changes required.

Should we choose a project or managed engineering?

Choose a project for a bounded set of outputs. Managed engineering suits recurring work with agreed priorities, capacity, reviews, and handover. The working arrangement is defined before the engagement starts.

02 / DELIVERY & SCOPE

Know what is included.

How are cost and timing agreed?

Scope, deliverables, available capacity, required reviews, and dependencies are discussed before work starts. Pricing and milestones are agreed for that engagement; the site does not promise fixed rates or turnaround times.

What files will we receive?

The agreed handover may include native CAD, drawing PDFs, BOMs, flat patterns, PLC/HMI source files, review records, and revision notes. Confirm formats, source-file access, and ownership terms during scoping; not every file type applies to every service.

What happens when the scope changes?

Record the change, review its effect on outputs and timing, and agree the revised priorities before proceeding. For managed support, review the backlog against the agreed capacity rather than assuming unlimited availability.

Does automation support include robot installation and commissioning?

Not automatically. Robot selection, platform-specific programming, procurement, on-site integration, and commissioning are confirmed separately. Guarding, risk assessment, safety-rated controls, and safety validation need explicitly assigned responsibilities and appropriate specialist review.

Do you provide building engineering or product certification?

No building engineering, stamped structural calculations, or blanket product certification is implied. Machine frames and weldments sit within mechanical assembly design. Medical devices, injection molding, and unfamiliar consumer-product programs are outside the current offering.
